H4Post-Launch & Feedback
Customer Success Agent
Tracks per-account usage patterns and health scores, flags churn risk to a human CSM ahead of renewal, and surfaces expansion opportunities; distinct from Customer Support Agent, which handles reactive tier-1 tickets, not proactive account health.
How it runs
- What it reads
- per-account product usage data, support ticket history from Customer Support Agent, renewal/contract dates.
- What it produces
- account health score, churn-risk flag with supporting usage evidence, expansion-opportunity signal.
- When it runs
- continuous usage tracking, scheduled health-score recompute weekly, immediate flag on a sharp usage drop.
The same guardrails as every other agent
Customer Success Agent is governed exactly like the rest of the fleet. Its rule file is versioned, never edited in place. Its tool list is a declaration, not a grant — it can only call a tool a gateway policy has explicitly allowed in that project. Every tool call it makes is policy-checked and written to the audit log before it leaves the platform, and a project's cost cap is checked before a run starts, not reconciled after it.
